NCL Push into Defense & Intelligence Analysis

NCL Holdings Continues its Push into Defense & Intelligence Analysis with Keynote Speech

WASHINGTON D.C. – August 2, 2010 - NCL Holdings’ Director of Marketing, Stephen Rodriguez, addressed over 120 Latin American political and military leaders at the George Washington University on Friday, July 23rd 2010. As part of speech, he illustrated how advanced agent-based modeling can illuminate potential solutions to problems that were previously considered “impossible” to solve. However, the latter half of his comments were devoted to the inherent difficulties in accounting for nation states, multilateral institutions, and non-state actors in modern defense analysis. The address culminated with an commitment to establish a reciprocal relationship between NCL Holdings and the George Washington School of Political Management (GSPM).

This speech is integral to NCL Holdings broader initiative at establishing an end-to-end solution for government and private customers. Specifically one where the organization leverages its tribal & cultural affairs departments to offer tactical and strategic intelligence that supports operations with air/ground logistics, security, life support, and procurement.

Statement of Hamed L. Wardak

December 16, 2009

Statement of Hamed L. Wardak, founder, chairman and CEO of NCL Holdings, in response to the press release of Congressman John Tierney, Chairman of the Subcommittee Investigation into the Department of Defense's Afghan Host Nation Trucking Contract of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee

As founder, chairman and CEO of NCL Holdings, I welcome Congressman Tierney's investigation. My company provided information to both Democratic and Republican staffers on the Committee before we were asked. We stand ready to provide any additional information that may be requested.

NCL Holdings, as part of the Host Nation Trucking contract, has made no direct payments to any security firm in Afghanistan.

We hope that Congressman Tierney's investigation will force other trucking companies inside Afghanistan to meet the same standards that we observe. We wish to be the gold standard for trucking and security firms inside Afghanistan because of our strong commitment to western standards of strong internal financial controls as well as vetting employees and all subcontractors to make sure that they have no improper affiliations.
